Marketing is your passion and in this high-impact role you will exercise all your marketing muscles. This is a roll your sleeves up and get the job done role within a small team with national responsibilities and international support.
Reporting to the Canadian president, you will have full responsibility for the marketing function in this small but dynamic Canadian team. Accountable for marketing planning and management, you will create marketing programs from strategy development to tactical deliverables.
You will work with a team to launch designated new products and meet agreed financial objectives through effective marketing, including program planning, implementation, and management of resources.
You are self-directed, resourceful, and skilled at recognizing and maximizing market opportunities, and you gravitate towards an opportunity which has responsibility for the oversight of marketing functions, budget, and performance. You are a decisive individual who is confident in exercising oversight and thrives on getting the job done.

Minimum Role Requirements
4-year degree in marketing, communications or related field
3 years marketing experience preferably in pharmaceutical or related sector
Sales experience an asset

Our business is to help alleviate symptoms associated with allergic disease through the use of allergy immunotherapy (AIT). We help people live their life ‘beyond allergy’ by enabling patients’ immune system to deal with the root causes of allergic reactions.
Position: Full Time
Office Hours: Monday to Friday
Base Salary Range: $40k - $50k annually (subject to experience)
Bonus Potential: Yes, up to 25% base salary
Vacation: 3 weeks
Travel: <10%; local and national
Reports to: President, Canadian operations
Number of Direct Reports: 0
Budget Responsibility: ~$250,000 annually
